A lot of sellers here in Toronto have been enjoying selling their homes because they're currently getting more money for them. Not a lot of people think to sell right now, but it's actually quite a good time to get into this market. I'm going to list just a few reasons why below.

You can get 2-3% more money for your home: This is money in your pocket, and depending on what your home is worth, it could be thousands of extra dollars. But why are people getting more money? Well, the buyers coming out to look for homes in the winter tend to be the most serious.

In 60 days inventory is set to skyrocket: In a matter of two months, you can expect inventory to increase by 4-5 times the amount we have now. When buyers have more to choose from, the price falls down.
