Here at the Rene Team, we keep a chalkboard to help us track the work
we're doing every week.
Although it's only mid-January, the Toronto real estate market is hot. Inventory
is low, and buyers are out and looking. Recently, in -20° weather, we
had six showings at one of our newly listed properties! We've noticed
that the buyers out there now are looking for quick closings, anywhere
from 30 to 60 days. These buyers are looking to take advantage of these low interest rates and are highly qualified.
There is a lot of great property on the market right now, which is fantastic news for buyers. Many homeowners aren't waiting until spring to sell, but want to get the job done sooner, and we've found that the buyers are very pleased with the options out there.
In short, our market is very active right now. It appears that
buyers and sellers alike are trying to get a jump on the spring real
estate season, and are greatly benefiting from it. If you're interested
